Munny Rewards FAQs

For every 1 dollar spent, you will earn 1 munny point.

What do I use the munny points for?
For every 100 munny points, you can redeem it for a €5 off coupon.
For every 200 munny points, you can redeem it for a €10 off coupon.
For every 300 munny points, you can redeem it for a €15 off coupon.
For every 400 munny points, you can redeem it for a €20 off coupon.
For every 500 munny points, you can redeem it for a €25 off coupon.

How do I redeem my points?
In the "Rewards" box, log in and select "Ways to redeem" and choose from the available coupon(s).

Do I need to join to earn points?
Yes so the system can record the points accumulated.

How do I use the coupon code?
During checkout, there is a box for discount codes, the coupon can be applied there.

Can I use more than one code?
Only one code can be used per order.

Are the codes reusable?
No, all codes are one-time-use only.

What if my coupon is more than the order total?
This is very important!! In order to use the full amount of your coupon, the order total must be MORE than the coupon. For example, if the order total is €10 and you use a €20 coupon, the remaining €10 will be permanently lost. The points will not be returned to your account since it was used to redeem the one-time-use coupon. Please ensure your cart total is more than the coupon amount before finalizing checkout.

I ordered before or a long time ago, is the rewards program for new customers only?
Not at all! Points have been backdated for every single order placed since mmogilde launched in 2012. Use the same email you used for previous orders when you sign up for the rewards program and your points should be in your account. If points are missing or your account is not showing up, please contact mmogilde to inquire.

I ordered from Etsy, can I still get points?
Yes, please contact mmogilde with the email you used for Etsy so your order(s) can be looked up.The same email will be used for the munny rewards program. The points applied will include the product price(s) only.

What if I return a product or cancel the order? Do I keep the points?
No, if a product is returned or the order is canceled, the points will be removed from the account.

Is there a maximum amount of points I can redeem?
You are welcome to acculmulate and redeem as much points as you like. However the coupons do not stack, only one coupon code can be used per order transaction.

Do the points expire?
Nope! The points will never expire.
